Can i post Dell Inspiron driver files in my blog?

Recently I re installed my OS in Dell inspiron n5010. I found it difficult to install some drivers, especially Dell webcam central avatar creator and wlan driver software. So shall i post all these files in my blog, so that other dell users may get it without trouble

How can that person tell if the driver is genuine or the bearer of malware?

Yes, you can post it. The drivers themselves have a built in EULA letting the downloader/user know that the drivers belong to Dell/Intel/Ricoh/etc...There is nothing illegal with what you are suggesting.
