Your computer is obviously overheating. Make sure to keep it off soft surfaces like your bed, carpet, sofas, etc. I reccommend putting something hard under it at all times so that the fans can do their job. If you still find that your laptop is overheating, I highly advise buying a lapdesk or something of the sort with fans built it. They usually plug into the usb ports. Mine helps a lot, and keeps my computer from burning itself and me up.

Once I had the same problem I was unable to use keys because it got very hot. I contacted Dell support and they asked me to update BIOS but problem remain and I solved myself.
First I checked fan that was fine, I checked inside the laptop it was clean. I suspected may be Hard drive could be the cause of over heating but not. After visiting various forums and exchanging e-mails and messages I found out that I should add further RAM (memory) which I did other than that I started using cooling stand/cooling pad with fan which is very helpful. Some times wiring could also create problem. I also got Minimem utility for memory problem and Speed fan to cool down temperature of computer just for safe side.
What you should do? check if your RAM (memory) is enough. If you do not have enough memory and use heavy software could create burden and cause trouble. Check fan if it is fine and there is not dust covering the exhaust holes of the computer. If there is please clean.
Do not put computer (laptop) on Bed, sofa, pillow it could block air ventilation. Also if you connected your gaming console with usb please check if the usb connecter is working fine.

Sometimes just blowing into the fan will help, but only for awhile. You will need to ask someone good with computers to open it out and clean the fan(s) on the inside.
