what is wrong with my laptop keyboard?

spacebar moves lines
backspace moves cursor left and right
arrow keys acts as enter key
typing in my search bar sucks because when i need to put a space, it just opens the first suggested link.

Try restoring your laptop to a date before you had the issue.

Almost bought a new laptop because of this brilliant 'feature'. Happened when I plugged USB keyboard into my netbook, the netbook installed the new keyboard drivers. After unplugging the USB keyboard, the netbook installed keyboard drivers again and this is where things went wrong.
