graphic issue of the hp laptop?

my laptop is hp 2301ax
isse :- i have dual graphi 1 is 512mb & 2nd is 2
gb amd
so amddrive, pcwizard,3dmark and amd driver is
show only 512mb & 2gb not worked not show &
doesn't give benchmarks

if i play games it stucking

i play many game but resul is same

last 75 days hp doesn't solved my isse
in 60 days they promised me many time:- sir we
will call back u,we escalate ur case etc

e from last 15 days they're says there is no issue
software are not valid
game are not support or higher specs(GTA 4,nfs
mw2,nfs rivals etc)

but my friends play these games on Lower specs
i told !this to hp so hp say that's good but there
is no issue

tell me what to do now

try new game or something etc?

download amd ctlyst controll center and chose the card you want to use , : http://www2.ati.com/drivers/auto/amddriverdownload_installer.exe



click the link and it will automaticly find the divers and the cc you need

First step is that you must install compatible graphics driver from amd website (im assuming that you done this step and if not then go to amd website then go to driver section and select autodetect and install) now second step- enter into bios mode (you can enter in bios when you boot your pc) now find the option called peripheral device or something like that then there is a options to choose that which gpu you want to use..select your gpu.....now if all of these wont work for you then follow final step- whenever you are benchmarking or playing games just connect your laptop with charge because I have seen many cases where the gpu only work when you are on charging mode ( because it requires a lot of power) but when you are on your battery than it enters in ideal state and only uses the small gpu(integrated one)...that's all..
