I have been searching and searching. I recently reinstalled windows on a Dell Latitude D630 on windows XP without remembering that i also need the driver and utilities disk. i have looked on every website, even went to Dells website trying to find the right drivers i would need. But this is really hard for me because i am not that great with computers and i know you have to install them in a specific order otherwise your drivers do not work properly (iv already tried, i do NOT want links to download the drivers, only the full original disc).. does ANYBODY have this disk? could i borrow it? will send it back with cash (yay) i just need it for a day, an hour really.... (or if you know where i can BUY one, please link me)

Amazon has a drivers installation disk for under $10, made by a company that sets it up to install the drivers for your machine in the correct order.

There is probably something similar on eBay. Or run an ad on your local Craigslist - it'll be faster to borrow from someone in your local area.

Hi Ginger,

The drivers to be installed on the system after Operating System Reinstalling are listed below:

Intel Mobile Chipset Driver

Mobile Intel GMA X3100 Video Controller

NVIDIA Quadro NVS 135M Video Controller

O2Micro Cardbus/Smart Card Controller

Fingerprint Reader Driver

Broadcom NetXtreme 5755 Gigabit Integrated Network Controller

Wireless driver

IDT STAC 9205 Audio Driver

Dell Touch Pad Driver

You may install from the link: http://dell.to/Qp5IcL

Once you are on the website, insert system Service Tag and choose Windows, install the drivers.

Go on Dell Support website, input your exact model, or better yet your service number (sticker on the back of laptop) and you will be able to download any and all Drivers & Utilities.

You can save them on a USB drive, or burn to CD/DVD for keepsake.

Download and install this first, it will tell you what drivers are needed (you can then go to Dell and get them)...
