When it finished, my lap top started and everything was fine until I noticed that I have a Small red cross (X) on the sound icon (bottom right corner).
When I move my pointer on the icon the message "The Audio Service is not running." show up.
I double click on the sound icon, and it starts detecting problems automatically. The problem found says:
"One or more audio service isn't running." and "Not Fixed".
Firstly I conducted a System Restore, problem was still there. So I searched the internet for some solutions.
I looked for Audiosrv and AudioEndpointBuilder in the Service.src. In both of the the description says:
I tried to check if the paths are both the same in the service.src and in the Registry Editor. The paths are the same in both of them.
In the device manager the Realtek High Definition Audio is enabled. I also uninstall-ed it and reinstalled it, yet the problem in the service.src is still the same.
I also tried to download the latest version of my sound device from Realtek's official website.
I don't know what else I could do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
