The best way to go to Toshiba website or the manufacture of the hardware. eg. graphic manufacture is ATI then you can find the drives on ATI website..

You'll have to verify this is your exact model by actually taking a close look at the sticker on the bottom of your computer from Toshiba but I'll list the link I believe is your computer straight from Toshiba's website, simply give it the version of Windows you are using and it will present you with the drivers available for that operating system on your computer.

Install the vista (x64) drivers from the support CD/DVD. If not available, go to the toshiba website/support and download drivers for your model. Remember, vista drivers are acceptable with windows 7.

If you couldn't find the drivers you need on toshiba site, you can try this site:

http://ww.best-driver-updater.com/

There is a program I use which will find drivers for just about all hardware devices. The best part is it takes a snapshot of your system specifications and matches the right driver to go with it.

You can also search by the following link:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.drivers-updates.net%2F&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=

And you can also keep asking on:

http://www.techsupportforum.com/

or

http://forums.driverguide.com/

Hope this helps.
