Its Intel Core i5 processor, whose two cores run at 2.26GHz, should provide ample performance for most users, as will the included 4GB of RAM. A 500GB hard drive is capacious, too, though the choice of an ATI Mobility Radeon 5145 graphics card (a low/mid-range chip) is unlikely to offer too many opportunities for gaming

the main dis advantage is there is lack of blue tooth and the use of the slower 10/100 Fast Ethernet standard.coming to the design there's nothing special in the L650's design, but it has curves in all the right places and is generally well co-ordinated.

cam is of 0.3 mega pixel with integrated micro phone above the screen.

it`s cost is around 550 euros

i will rate 3.5 for 5

I wouldn't go based on a brand in general, because any good brand can always make a few products that arent too good. However, my experiences with Toshiba have been up and down. The first one I had broke after a year when the lid broke, as it was held together with screws that broke the plastic apart. The next one I had was really nice and fast, and is still working great even though I've had it for a few years.

My biggest suggestion when buying a laptop: go in the store and try it out, or read some reviews!!! These are real people who have had this laptop for some time now and usually good reviews will point out all of the smallest flaws that might be significant to you.

Toshiba followers circulate undesirable rapidly , i'm hoping they restore that situation, as properly that they are sturdy laptops , i see no longer something incorrect with hp different than interior the previous stored having bsod examined out the greater moderen hp laptops no problems so a strategies particularly the dv sequence , save living house windows 7 if going with Hp , living house windows 8 is effective yet living house windows 7 is large for gaming

Had a Toshiba laptop, hard drive failed after 8 months even though my computer never left my house and I never mishandled it. I bought another Toshiba laptop telling my self that the same thing wouldn't happen. After only 4 months, the battery would only charge half way. I am very dissapointed with Toshiba and would rather buy a computer from a more renowned company like HP, DELL, or MAC.

Great computer - We have several.

As with any laptop - any one of them could be a lemon - regardless of brand. Ask the person who you purchase it from - "If it don't work - can I bring it back". He should say something like - within 7 days or two weeks. Make sure you find out! A lemon is hard to get fixed.

1) Always take home and setup immediately. Get it the way you like it.

2) Remove any Anti Virus (which is usually a trial) - and get a free version of Avast-Personal. Just register and it's free for a year.

3) Clear out any unwanted applications - like Microsoft Office Trials - Best Buy Apps - etc... Remove these programs. They are taking away speed and other resources.

4) By the time you are done - you will notice any problems.

5) If you put this off for later - you'll wish you didn't - if it's a lemon.

Hope you find your answers.

I would never buy a Toshiba Laptop. Dells and Sonys are OK, I guess, but I prefer HP. They are pretty reliable and priced just right and can be used for anything. HP also has a nice line up of laptops in their family which can be confusing to some people, but if you know what you will use your computer for, it will be an easy decision.

i had a toshiba for a bit while i was waiting to get the new one i ordered from another brand, and i was really unimpressed with it. it seemed to be very poorly put together and got suuuuper overheated all the time. not a quality machine, if you ask me. you will need to replace it sooner, so you might as well get something of a little better quality that will last you longer. dells and hps are not too bad, and macs of course are top quality, but a little on the pricey side.

To put it simply Toshiba is a very good brand of laptop. I ahve had 2 of them and my first one became outdated after 4 years - i replaced the battery twice and thats all. Now i am on to my second which is 7 months old, and just replaced the battery. But no issues with the computer itself.

Dint waste your time with toshiba. The first reason for this is that their batteries are no good; not only the battery, the Second, their tech support is completely unreliable. If i were you, I strongly recommend hp. Their laptops are decent, and the tech support is fantastic.
