I would boot from Hirens Boot CD found at hirensbootcd.org and then from boot menu choose GParted Partition Editor and have it check the files system. If you still have problems it may be a HDD physical error I would reboot Hirens Boot CD and choose dos programs and then choose HDD utilities and then choose HDAT2 4.9B1 that can find and fix your HDD errors. Then after repair shut down computer and reboot and then Hit F8 to got to go into Safe mode load once loaded with safe mode shut down computer

Then boot computer and let it boot to Windows and it should be ok now.

Are you getting any errors while it boots? if so, then it may desire to be a module failure. next time, contain greater information so people knowledgeable in those aspects can furnish some valid help!
