What is the cheapest way to buy/build a laptop?

Question

I have all the software I need including operating system.

I want to select the specs for the laptop.

Any suggestions for online shops where I can purchase a laptop.
All the ones I've seen come with preloaded OS but I see that as a waste of money because I've got the disks.

I was having the same issue,i had all softwares just needed an economical and strong laptop,i searched alot,i met alot of experts and at the end i found from all such research that you cant build a good laptop fully functional by yourself,then alot of experts said go and check all that out at amazon,i checked and bought a great machine from there at good price,i will suggest you also to check it out,use this link

PERSONALLY i think go type in alienware in google. best laptops ever. made by dell. they look great too, and the graphics are AMAZING. they hold the most space in the world. most powerful laptop in the world.
