No Win98 or WinME drivers for Dell Inspiron 1100!?

Question

I need to install Win98 or WinME on my Dell inspiron 1100 but Dell doesn't support any of these OS for Inspiron 1100!

I googled a lot but didn't get anywhere. Any idea how and where I can find these drivers?

Put this computer on a 13 gallon trash bag and toss it to the garbage
