The 2nd has a better processor, but has low end integrated Intel graphics. If you plan on using it for any games, buy the 1st. The 4250 Radeon isn't a games beast, but it beats Intel GMA

but i would go with amd, not bad but could be better,



the i5 is newer but if im going to get a i5 i would get a i7 instead, or get a newer AMD processor,
