They are quite close in features in this case I would probably go with the ASUS due to its larger hard drive, more RAM, and larger screen size, the processor and graphics differences are marginal.

yes ur opinion is very good as its processor and RAM as well as VRAM is very good

it supports many games and ur windows is also but better to keep geniue Windows 7 32bit .

If u've planned to buy it for gaming then better to upgrade ur graphics up to 2 or 3 gb at least

other else its very good and if i were in ur place i'd certainly or obviously .

I'd go with the Alienware.

Better processor. Better graphics card. 4GB RAM should be enough unless you want to upgrade to 8GB.
