My laptop screen turned blue and said "Windows has had a problem working so we are shutting down." It had more text but it turned off before I could read it, it turns on and comes up with the windows loading screen then goes black, nothing happens no matter how long it is on, I know its on because I can see the the background light.

Perhaps it overheated? Or maybe it needs a new battery, if the monitor isn't coming on, maybe this is the case? It's likely, as this has happened to my laptop too! Try taking it to someone who could probably repair it for you! Good luck!

sounds like it might have overheated. let it cool down. you can clean the fans by blowing them out, use a cooling system on a flat surface whe using. try turning it back when cooled off & it should work

Im uncertain, yet i think of that ive had this concern with my table sure laptop, if so, then its a complicated stress failure, in case you are able to, open the complicated stress with yet another pc and notice if it fairly works, if not, its a hdd failure, if it fairly works, it fairly is a ram failure
