My laptop is running slow and sluggish, and freezes every ounce in a while. what is the best way to fix it.

ok, go to start > programs> accesories> system tools.



you will notice to system tools there, disk defragmenter and disk clean up. use cleanup first and then defragmenter. also you could try downloading this program that is like disk cleanup, its called ccleaner.
