Keyboard line zxcv m,./ and doesnt work on my DELL Inspiron N4010?

Hi,

I tried resetting the motherboard by turning off the laptop, then removing battery, pressing power button for a while and then restarting it again along with battery.
The keyboard starts working all the letters without any issues, but after a while it again stops.
Only one line that is zxcv m,./(R shift) (Enter)
Does anyone knows what should i do now before i take it to Dell Tech Support ??

Right now i am using a USB keyboard with laptop all keys are working in here and the same keys not working on laptop.

nothing was spilled on keyboard, its been 1year now and is out of warranty, it was purchased from USA and now i am in Mumbai.
