I am looking for a new laptop, but I want to find one before I save money so that I will know how much to save up. I was wondering what stores are good to buy laptops at.

At Best Buy, they have payment plans that are interest free for one year. If you think you will be able to get the money within a year, you could buy one now and pay it off throughout the year. I did the a few years ago and it was very nice. Just be sure to pay it off within the year, because the interest after is very expensive.

Ebay and NewEgg are my personal favorites for their depth and prices. Ps. Buying in physical stores is a bad idea for 3 reasons: Markups Pre-installed CrapWare that is annoying to manually remove. Lack of depth, especially in the video card area. Which is very important.
