Question:
Fix for Windows 7 svchosts cpu usage problem?
?

My laptop is running very slow primarily particularly at start up and during wifi connection because of svchosts consuming a great deal of cpu usage.

Traced my problems on the following services.
svchost (network service) - NlaSvc
svchosts (system) = ProfSvc

Run all AVG, avast, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Rkill, tdsskiller, ccleaner... on normal mode and safe mode - No virus, malware, adaware, trojans, etc found.

Had uninstall unnecessary programs, defrag and updated all drivers. disabled Themes, Windows Defenders, Windows Automatic Update.

All of it with no improvement

However, my current work around is that as soon as the windows boot up, I run Control Panel -> Device Manager
and somehow it runs normally. Somehow i accidentally realized that just by opening Device Manager the system runs normal.

Anyway do you know how i can resolved the issues?

Thanks

I'm not sure how to fix your issue, but if you want to make your pc faster, don't run all those anti virus and other stuff. Just download Microsoft Security Essentials or keep running avg or avast, I prefer MSE. Multiple anti virus programs slow down the pc because they are in each others way. Also delete CCleaner and all that stuff. It does more harm than good.

Cleaning the register is a good way of improving the performances of your pc and eliminate malwares and trojans. A program I trust is CCleaner http://bit.ly/UrAwwA

I guess it's the sotware you need.

I hope it helps
