Neither of these are an amazing gaming computer. You would want dedicated graphics memory for heavy gaming and even some light gaming. But out of these two the Dell is a better option simply because it has a faster processor. Faster processor allows your computer to make more calculations per second, resulting in a faster computer experience. Things like RAM also effect speed but the processor is very significant to speed. Just from my experience you may want to just spend more money on a better computer opposed to buying one of these and then having to buy a new one again in 2 years because I hasn't turned out to be everything that you hoped. I don't know what your budget is but check out these computers as an option also:

Samsung runs faster, and there is a lot of space you can use to download games. I would go with the samsung.
