Do you think a 7" netbook with win ce 6 os, 2gb hdd, 128 ram & 300mhz cpu be sufficient ?

Its a 7" wespro netbook with 2GB HDD, 128 ram, 300mhz VIA cpu, windows ce 6 os. Is it enough for simple tasks like music, video, browsing, chatting, voice chatting, etc ?

Also is it possible to change its OS for better performance.

I am getting it at a just rs. 3300/- on ebay which is a very attractive price.

it will be fine if only browsing all you need, i said only browsing, no flash videos... And its hardware is much outdated, that VIA 300 MHz cpu can not handle any other os.. :)

No, this is not sufficient.. besides abode windows ninety 8 might want to be the 'optimal' OS for that little dinosaur :) - it might want to run music utilising winamp with an issue-free pores and skin (for sure provided that that element has a valid card.. considering the fact that on the time that became made even having a soundcard became an more effective.. yet i might want to wager it has one) - it might want to run video clips with the most elementary video participant and all formats so as (not HD determination ones, those might want to reason the framerate to drop) - surfing might want to be ok as long as you stay sparkling of fancy flash applications - Chatting... uhm.. why not, relies upon on the equipment used thou ;) (an issue-free IRC software might want to even run on your wrist-watch lol ) - Video chatting.. - Nope!.. Skype (even putting out it) as an get at the same time might want to easily reason it to fasten up and not in any respect reply wish that helps.. although i might want to strongly propose you get a sparkling pc, you'll locate a a lot more effective used one for pocket replace at present..
