Would everybody with a virus PLEASE stop telling people the *first* answer is to re-install Windows.
Try the "manual removal" answer below, and of it still hasn't solved the problem, You'll need to find someone else with a computer that can let You fix Your hard drive on it.
To do the fix, first be absolutely positive that the system You'll be working with has it;s antivirus software updated and running on system startup.
Once that's done, remove the hard drive from Your system and install it into the working system as a secondary hard drive. When You start the system there shouldn't be any files from the bad hard drive running, and it will be able to delete any files necessary when You run a virus scanner program on the whole system because they're not locked to run Windows from.
After You have finished the scans, and removed any virused files remaining after the manual removal, You can place the drive back into Your own system, thank the pseron; who loaned You their system, and get out Your Windows disk.
Start the system as many times as necessary with the Windows CD in the drive, it may take 1, 2, 10 reboots, but that just means that Windows is finding the hard drive files that were deleted on the CD and replacing them where they belong.
You will have a working system again, and don't dload ANY antivirus or program again unless You know exactly what it is, and spread the word to anybody else who uses Your system.
I also highly suggest doing a full backup once the viruses are removed and while the drive is in the good system, just in case You do need to do a full re-install. Just so You don't have to open the system cases twice, and because it can be done from the Windows CD in the virused system.
Good Luck!.
