i need help with recovering a new hardware prompt?

when i installed a new hardware it said it failed and i relized i shouldnt have close the window ( the box with the do not prompt me again was automaticly checked ) and then later into the video it said to follow the directions and then i said oh


i need help anyone know how to recover a add new hardware prompt for it

hold down the windows key, while holding it tap on pause/brake at the top of the KeyBoard, then depends, if xp is installed then go to hardware and then device manager, if vista is installed go to device manager, then you will see your device is not installed properly because it will have a question or exclamation mark, right click and select update driver, there you get your hardware wizard

you should be able to get that from Control panel as well.. Start>Control panel>Add remove hardware..
