follow steps:

go to device manager (win 7 and vista type device manage in start menu and Select it)

[for win xp right click on my computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager]

find sound vedio and game controllers

and right click and uninstall all items, which has uninstall option, under sound vedio and game controllers category but don't delete driver files if prompted.

after uninstall press 'F5' to scan hardware changes it will reinstall your drivers.

hope it help.

Check your drivers, these are working fine or not. If you are not able to do that. Just visit http://toshiba.customer-supports.com/ and make a call on their toll free only in a single call.
