you're not going to find a laptop with that kind of hardware within that price range. Maybe for a desktop, if you can find a good deal, but definitely not a laptop. also, just because its a nvidia or radeon card doesn't meant its a good card per-say. If it isnt a 6xx series (nvidia) or a 6xxx or 7xxx series (radeon), don't expect to be able run many games of today. Older games should be alright though if it is older than those series.

Anyhow, if you are only willing to spend that kind of money look for a desktop, laptops are far more expensive.
