I am trying to do a System Restore on my account, or..rather just Log into Windows Vista..

When it starts up, it comes to a screen and says "Other User"
Then when you click it, it tells you to enter a user name and password, which I do not have.

So, how do I get around this and try to log into Windows, or attempt to reinstall it..

I have tried everything in f8 and f12, and I don't have a Windows Vista disk, it came with Factory Settings pre-installed.

You can create a password reset disk to remove the password.Actually, when you add a password to your pc,the first thing you should do is creating a disk in case you lost the password. But how to make a password reset disk after you have lost the password ? Follow these

You need to prepare:

1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive

3.A program called Windows Password Key

Then let's begin

Step 1.Login to a PC which can link to internet,Download and install the program from http://www.lostwindowspassword.com in that PC

Step 2.Run the program and burn to CD/DVD OR USB flash drive

Step 3.Turn to your locked PC,insert the newly create CD or USB to your drive.Reboot the Computer and then follow the instructions,it is very easy to use.

Maybe you could choose reinstalling your system, it could clear the virus on you computer, and also the password.

Another methods is to create a Windows password reset disk to reset your lost Windows password, Windows Password Breaker is a good choice to create the disk. I have created one and reset my administrator password successfully.

If you need, you can get Windows Password Breaker from Official site: http://www.recoverwindowspassword.com/
