Need help removing laptop password?

My mate has a laptop and he put a password on it but cannot remember it. I'm not sure what type of password it is but its not a standard password. Here is a video of how the laptop boots and what the password is like so i need help removing it.

throw that bad boy in safe mode and run it as administrator, then just remove the password yourself. there ya go
