Your postal code has nothing to do with the processor speed of your laptop. Advent is the brand of your laptop. You will need to supply the exact model name for anyone to be able to tell you the processor speed of your laptop.

Type DXDIAG in your start menu run line and hit OK. Hit yes, once a confirmation window appears.
A window with system, display, sound, network and other bars will pop up. I think, it's more than enough to know about your PC speed.
