How Do i restore to factory default with PQSERVICE Acer 2690?

Hello every one.
Just last week i had a virus and i couldent run my acer e recovery from empowering technology or from alt + F10. finaley i got it whare i could run it from empowering technology, well after you get so far in the recovery screen it says your computer will have to restart. well normaley when it restarts it shows the erecovery and starts to recover well i had a 2nd partion with linux on it so instead of loading e recovery when it restarts a boot screan comes up asking me weather i want to run linux or windows well i pick windows and the e recovery wont start so i figured that if i deleated linux it wouldent have to ask me weather i want to boot linux or windows it would just auto boot windows and start the recovery well i had my dad get rid of linux but hes a dumb *** and deleated the lunux partition. so now wen i restart my computer its just a black screen and you cant do eneytheng exept get in bios so i had to do everythe4ng so i could have a os i reinstalled windows xp home and i did sum research because i want my acer laptop back to normal with factory default and empowering technology. i discovered the hidden partition PQSERVICe well i unhid it and i have no clue wut to do now to start e recovery from it eney help would be apreciated.
PS: i lost my acer factory disk and idk whare to download a new one also my 7 other backup disks worke up to 6 and 6 has a scratch so i have no way of e recovery exept pq service but idk how to run recovery with pq service eney help pleas

when i got my computer and logged in it told me to put in a disc so it can put the factory default thing on it.



Myabe you can get it to do that again if it happened to you when you got it.
